Rather insanely, today (12th Sep 2015) marks twenty years since we lost Jeremy Brett, the finest embodiment of Sherlock Holmes.
Here’s something I threw together recently.
He’s somewhat the limit of my sculpting ability and always offers me a challenge.

This is Indy. Greetings for 2016!
Words cannot express the awe I have for this piece for you have got him nailed!!! This is one of his more slier looks--a look that seems to say, "I've got a few ideas about this case up my sleeve." Back in the 80s, he was the ULTIMATE Sherlock Holmes, which is why no one had done anything with the characters of Holmes and Watson until the advent of BBC Sherlock back in 2010. I remember the Granada series, and you have got every detail where it belongs!!! This is going in my faves gallery!!!!!
I've always said that, if it wasn't for Jeremy Brett and his portrayal of the great detective, we wouldn't have BBC Sherlock for Benedict Cumberbatch has truly inherited the role from him!!!
Keep up the good work, kiddo, and Rest in Peace, Jeremy!!!!!
